Communication & Dealing with Conflict

This workshop is suitable for any individual or team that is interested in developing their communication skills and skills for dealing with conflicts. It is beneficial but not mandatory to have attended the Communication and Interaction Workshop prior to this one.

The Communication and Dealing with Conflict Workshop provides simple and easy-to-use tools for developing your own communication and interaction skills and for better understanding the behavior and triggers leading to conflict situations. During the workshop, an exercise will be done to look at the conflict situation from different perspectives. ​

After the workshop you will have concrete tools and techniques for improving communication and for understanding, avoiding and dealing with conflicts where necessary. These skills are needed, for example, in formulating a common goal, facing change, and in teamwork whether you are a part of a team or leading it.
