Cloud Solution Architect

We are looking for a Cloud Solution Architect to work in our Cloud and DevOps unit to help make our vision real. 

Your main responsibilities: 

• Work alongside our sales team as a technical pre-sales lead, crafting solutions that focus on business and customer value by making use of both the public cloud and DevOps practices. 
• Guiding the work of the implementation team to make sure the architecture you helped plan is made real and evolved customer value is kept front and center.  
• After the project gets off to a good start, you hand over your responsibilities to the team to focus your time on growing the business through pre-sales and Cloud and DevOps offering & asset development. 
  

What we are looking for:  

• Someone who thrives at the intersection of technology and business. You will split your time between pre-sales, hands-on architectural guidance and offering development, depending on your strengths and interests. 
• Proven track record in designing and helping to implement solutions on top of at least one of our strategic public cloud platforms: Microsoft Azure, AWS, or GCP. 
• Strong understanding of agile, lean and DevOps principles and the experience implementing them in day-to-day work. 
• Experience working in pre-sales and/or offering development with the skills to craft convincing presentations for audiences from the shop floor to the C-suite.  
• Self-starter, comfortable taking the lead in ambiguous situations and handling conflicts.  

• Skilled collaborator experienced in managing large projects, making sure customer expectations for budget, scope and timeline are met. 
• Fluent skills in English and Finnish.
  

It is a plus if you can tick one or more of the following boxes: 

• Practical experience from public cloud migrations and application modernization. 
• Understanding of hybrid clouds where both the data center and the cloud are first class citizens. 
• Relevant cloud certifications.
